Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://candidoconstruction.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Residential Remodeling, Commercial Remodeling, Flooring Installation, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Plumbing Repair, Deck Builder, Kitchen Remodeling provided by Candido Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Candido Construction and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Candido Construction makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candido Construction's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Candido Construction in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Candido Construction from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Updates. Candido Construction reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
